Rebecca shopped at Harvey Normans last week and purchased a new fridge for an investment property in Alice Springs. Rebecca is away in Tennant Creek for the next two weeks, with her husband Nick more than happy to come into Harvey Norman and collect the $100 on her behalf. Nick said they shopped at Harvey Norman because it was easy for them to then organise delivery of the fridge to Alice Springs. He also mentioned that $100 was a nice cash-back on their purchase. Trevor Hunter was not in town this week to accept his $100 prize after shopping at Benetook Automotive. He had had hired a 12-seater bus from Benetook Automotive last week and has taken his extended family to Adelaide to celebrate his wife’s 60th birthday! Trevor has had family arrive for the big event from as far away as Darwin and New Zealand, with the 12-seater bus from Benetook Automotive exactly what he needed to get them where they needed to go. Accepting the $100 on his behalf is Chris Halacas from Benetook Automotive with Mildura Weekly’s Raylee Waugh.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Commencement
The Promotion will commence on Friday, February 9th, 2018 at 8:00am

Closing
Entries for the promotion will close on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 6:00pm

Entry
Entry is by making a purchase to the value of $10 or more from a participating trader, correctly completing the details on the online entry form, including a unique code which will be provided by the particpating trader. Participants may enter as often as they wish in the above manner but must ensure any or all entry forms are filled out correctly and in full.

All entries will be electronically compiled and a weekly winner will be drawn at 3pm the following Friday. The first weekly entry drawn will win $250 and then be placed directly into the final draw for the Toyota Yaris 5-door automatic. The next two entries drawn will then receive $100 consolation spending sprees. These entries will not be included in the final draw.

Management and staff of participating traders are not eligible to enter this competition at their own participating businesses. Management, staff and immediate family members of the Mildura Weekly are not eligible to enter this competition.

Prizes
One x $250 prize and Two x $100 will be drawn on February 16th, February 23rd, March 2nd, March 9th, March 16th, March 23rd, March 29th, April 6th and April 13th at 3:00pm at The Mildura Weekly offices, 424 San Mateo Ave Mildura.

The Toyota Yaris 5-door automatic Grand Prize (including on-road costs, total prize value of $19,990) will be drawn on Saturday, April 21st 2018 at 11:00am at Jaycee Park, Hugh King Drive, Mildura.  If the winner is under 18 years of age, the car will be registered in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Please note this draw date, time and location is provisional, and is subject to change.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, the 9 x $250 and 18 x $100 weekly winnings must be spent at participating businesses within 2018.

Total Prize Pool
Total prize pool is $24,040 and all of this must be won.

Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner does not claim their prize by Saturday April 21st, 2018 the prize will be re-drawn at 9:00am on Monday April 23rd, 2018 at the offices of the Mildura Weekly, 424 San Mateo Ave, Mildura, and the new winner will be notified in accordance with these conditions.

Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted by telephone as soon as the prizes are drawn and communicated to via letter. Names of the $250 and $100 draw winners will be published in Mildura Weekly on February 23rd, March 2nd, March 9th, March 16th, March 23rd, March 30th, April 6th, April 13th and April 20th. The name of the Toyota Yaris winner will be published in the Mildura Weekly on Friday April 27th 2018. Winners of any unclaimed prizes will be published in Mildura Weekly on Friday, April 27th, 2018.

Privacy
Information collected on entry forms will only be used to compile statistics on total value of purchases, total number of entries, total numbers of entrants and postcodes from various areas.

No personal details will be recorded and all entry forms will be destroyed once statistics have been compiled and all prizes claimed.
