THE Victorian Liberal Leader Matthew Guy is in Mildura today and this morning he announced that a Liberal-National Coalition Government will pledge $750 million to build a new Mildura Base Public Hospital.
Standing alongside the Liberal candidate for Mildura, Paul Matheson, Mr Guy said Sunraysia needed a new hospital, a new precinct that will see it though, not just over the next few years, but right into this century.
“The Liberal and National parties will inject $750 million to build a new Mildura hospital,” he said.
“An immediate budget injection of $250 million to begin the process, followed by another half a billion dollars to build the remainder of the hospital.”
