Nangiloc remain undefeated on top of the Millewa Football Netball League ladder after accounting for Werrrimull on the weekend.

The Demons were at time challenged by the undermanned Pies, with the black and white drawing the score back to within three straight kicks on one occasion late in the third quarter.

Nangiloc did however manage to kick away in the end, and ran away eight goal winners – 11.10 (76) to 18.16 (124).

Cameron Douglass was great for the Magpies up forward, with three goals, but most dominant was Korey Loechel, who booted seven goals for the Demons.

Cardross had a solid win over Meringur with Matthew West kicking eight goals for Cardross in their 106 point win.

In the last game of the round, Bambill accounted for Gol Gol by 27 points – 11.10 (76) to 7.7 (49), which moved the Saints into third place on the ladder ahead of the fourth placed Hawks.

Round Four of Millewa action sees Gol Gol and Werrimull face off tonight, Nangiloc host Cardross and Meringur battle Bambill.
